Printing Costs

Each time you print a document on a Hyra printer, your print balance will be charged. Hyra has a range of colour, grayscale and specialist printers.

• A4 Colour - £0.10 per sheet
• A4 Grayscale - £0.05 per sheet
• Specialist Printers (Thermal, Plotter, Professional etc.) - Price Available on Request

Our system will automatically detect if a page contains colour, so you are only charged for colour sheets if you require them.

If you would like to print an entire document is grayscale, please send the job to Hyra_Mono, which will override all pages to grayscale.

There is no reduction in cost for printing in double-sided, though this is encouraged to reduce paper wastage.
